Project Manager
Aside from being kind of a lengthy process, it was fantastic. The recruiter was nothing short of amazing and felt like it was just like talking to my best friend on the phone throughout the entire thing. I started by being reached out to on LinkedIn based on my qualifications, then followed by an initial phone screen with the Recruiter. She is awesome! I then moved on to a phone interview a few days later with the hiring manager who was extremely kind and thorough, sold me on the company, and explained the role in detail. From there, I had a 2 hour panel interview with a presentation I had to share based on a pretty straightforward rubric I was given. I really enjoyed meeting some of the team via Zoom and being able to showcase my strengths that way. I was given some constructive feedback about two weeks later, then asked to do a follow-up Zoom interview with the hiring manager and two other team members. That was great, too, just driving the point home on a few outstanding questions. Then came the agonizing part - a two week wait after that interview (they are super busy people), but the recruiter kept me in the loop, and it ended up in my favor!

Implementation Project Manager
I applied through their website on March 16th, 2016 and got an instant confirmation. HR reached out a few hours later to set up a phone screening for the next Monday, March 21st. That call was about 15 minutes and they asked about my interest in ServiceTitan, my career history, my current role, and salary expectations. Then, a phone interview with a Senior Manager was set up for the next day, March 22nd. It lasted about 30 minutes and went over the same topics but with more depth. The onsite interview was scheduled for the following Tuesday, March 29th, and included the Senior Manager I spoke with, an Implementation Consultant, and the Director of Onboarding. During the interview, they mentioned that the role would involve over 25% travel. I got a rejection email two days later, on March 31st.

Project Manager
I applied directly to the recruiter because we had a mutual connection. I had a recruiter phone screen right away. The recruiter set up a phone interview with the hiring manager for two days later. But on the day of that interview, the recruiter emailed me 30 minutes before it was supposed to start to cancel it because my salary expectations were too high. I told them I was still keen on the job. Over the next few weeks, I messaged the recruiter several times to say I was still interested. Then I saw another role at the company and told the recruiter about it. She said someone else would contact me. Then I was talking to a second recruiter about scheduling a phone interview for the same job the first recruiter had cancelled. I had a phone screen with recruiter #2. Recruiter #2 then scheduled a phone interview with a member of the Customer Experience team. I thought I would be talking to the hiring manager. The phone interview went well, and the interviewer said I'd probably talk to the hiring manager next. A few days later, I got a standard Jobvite email saying they decided to go with other candidates. I asked recruiter #2 for more detailed feedback from my interview, but didn't hear back.
