I applied online for a data scientist job, and HR reached out about a different role, but it wasn't open yet. I scheduled interviews with the hiring manager three times. Twice, the manager didn't show up, so we had to reschedule. The third time, the interview finally happened, but the hiring manager was not very welcoming. They didn't introduce themselves or ask about my background. The conversation immediately went to theoretical questions that didn't seem related to the job. This whole experience makes me question the company's professionalism and culture. I'm now hesitant about working there.

Technical Technical

I interviewed for this role about 2 months back. There were two rounds of technical interviews, but the second one was purely theoretical and definition-based, which I thought was strange because candidates should ideally be assessed on practical skills and task execution. They also didn't follow up after the interview. I tried contacting HR multiple times, but there was no response. Companies should respect candidates' time after they've invested so much effort in preparation.
