Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Servcorp.
Manager
First we had a phone screen, just to see if you're a good fit. Then there was a formal interview, in person. That's when you met the higher-ups on the team, and they got to know you really well.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What is your greatest accomplishment?
Manager
The whole thing took about 4 weeks, with phone and then in-person interviews. It was all with the same senior manager, no HR or anyone else. Just you and her, the whole way.
- Mainly questions about sales, your past experience isn't super important.
- If you say you love sales, you can get the job.
- You need to be young, and if you're a blonde female in a sexy mini skirt, you'll definitely get the job!
Manager
First, there was a quick 5-minute phone chat. After that, they sent an invite for an assessment, which included English and IQ tests. Right after finishing the tests, they conducted the first interview. If you passed the interview with the Senior Manager, you then had the final interview with the General Manager.
- Can you tell me about your career aspirations?
- How do you see yourself contributing to our company?
