Office Assistant
It was a long interview that gave me no details about the position or company other than a 3 minute video I watched on a tablet when I first got to their Melbourne location. The initial interview was maybe 10 minutes long, and then I was given a hard copy of an internet quiz to test my intelligence. I was given about 20 minutes to do a 50+ question exam and another 5 minutes to do a quiz that consisted of finding the incorrectly spelled word. After that, I ended up waiting in the interview room by myself for 15-20 minutes because the other person who was supposed to be interviewing me was no where to be found. Finally, a different woman came in, apologized, and did an awkward 15 minute interview because she was unprepared and kept mixing up positions they had open. A few days later I received a generic email saying they were not going to interview me and my resume wouldn't be going forward. A bit of a surprise to me since I spent about an hour all together in their office between what little time I spent actually talking with the interviewers and waiting before and during it. As one of the former employees put it, the company a certain 'look', and I have a feeling me not adhering to it had an impact on my interview.

Executive Assistant
It was a group interview with 5 people. The manager who interviewed me was racist. She frowned when she saw me and didn't seem interested when asking questions, like she didn't see me as a good candidate due to my cultural background. It's ironic because they wanted bilingual skills but she didn't value it. It was a horrible interview, I felt depressed afterward due to discrimination. They emphasized 'first impression' a lot. I won't recommend this business.

Secretary
I had my interview at the Liverpool Street office, and it was with one of the Team Leaders. First, there was a spelling and problem-solving test. Once that was done, I had a chat with the Team Leader, and then hopped on a conference call with the Senior Manager.
