Senior Project Manager
It was one of the best recruitment processes I have ever been a part of. It was so seamless and efficient. Having a hiring process that is efficient, empathetic, human and transparent helps in winning better talent and their team followed that completely.
- Could you tell me about your strengths?
- Can you share some basic behavioral insights?
- What prompted you to learn about Sermo?
Project Manager
The interview process involved multiple interviews, starting with a phone call and then moving to an in-person meeting. They also required several assessments, such as a math skills test, a wunderlich test, and a project manager assessment done in an essay style. This was a longer assignment that they later reviewed during the in-person interview. It was a very lengthy process just to get an initial interview.
- Tell me about how you handle stressful situations.
- What about this position interests you?
- How do your past job experiences relate to this role?
Project Manager
I had 3 interviews with 5 different people, including the HR Manager and the branch manager. They said the last step was supposed to be a phone interview with the Account Executive I would report to, but they couldn't make the last appointment. It took weeks for the recruiter to get back to me saying they were putting the position on hold to re-evaluate their budget. I thought every interview went really well, so I was confused about the lack of follow-up. It's been over a month since my last interview and I still haven't heard anything. Still hoping though!
- Complete the Wonderlic test to be considered for interviews.
- Answered standard behavioral and situational questions.
