It was pretty simple. I had a call with the recruiter and then three more chats with higher-ups, each about 30 minutes. They seemed genuinely interested in me and my background and how I'd fit with the team, which made it engaging.

Great couple of interviews, it was very clear what the outcomes were, in terms of what they wanted to know. The interviewers were really comfortable and conversational, they didn't just stick to the standard interview questions but it felt like they got to know the individual. Unfortunately, recruitment was paused.

I interviewed for the Business Development Associate job at Sermo in Barcelona. First, I had to do a logical reasoning test. Then, the HR interview was pretty boring, with no enthusiasm and standard interview questions. I never got any feedback despite trying to contact them multiple times, which was unprofessional.
