My interview with Seres Therapeutics was a very professional and quick experience. It took about a month overall from start to finish. The HR team was great, very responsive and fair when we talked about the offer. They kept communication transparent and honest the whole time.

The interviews for me were divided into three parts. The first interview was more of a discussion where I spoke with the talent acquisition partner about the job I am applying for and I told her about myself. In the second interview, I discussed more of what the job entails with the site manager - he asked basic questions to see if I knew what the job entailed and if my experience fit the position. The final interview was a three round interview that was three hours long. Each session was an hour long interview with two different interviewers.

The interview process was pretty fast. I talked to HR, then the hiring manager, then the department manager, and finally, a panel interview. It all took about two weeks. After that, I never got a response. I followed up twice and they just ghosted me. It's really disappointing when you're job hunting and put in so much time interviewing, only to be treated with such disrespect at the end. They should do better!

The interview process took about 3 weeks, which was longer than I've experienced elsewhere. However, the people I spoke with were great. All interviews went well and they indicated they were moving towards an offer, even before I submitted references. The offer was expected by Friday noon, but then I was told the position was on hold, which was strange and makes me question their decision-making process.
