The interview was pretty chill and welcoming, making me feel comfortable. It lasted about 15-30 minutes. I got an offer, but be aware that if you're working through an agency, they might not support you and could let you go.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What unique contributions can you make to our team?
- Share an experience of facing difficulties in your previous roles.
Customer Service Advisor
the interview was really chill and straightforward, like a 4 step thing. first, a chat with the recruiter. then, an online test to check you get things and your grammar. after that, a mock call where they give you like, customer scenarios, maybe about nursing info, and you gotta give them the right answers. finally, a phone interview. it was all super fast and easy.
- Can you share an instance where you delivered outstanding customer service?
- Recall a situation where you had to manage a challenging customer interaction.
- What do you consider to be your strongest attributes?
Customer Service Advisor
The whole process took one week from resume submission, to the phone interview to the 1.5 hr assessment centre on a Saturday. The assessment centre is split into 3 parts: 30 min presentation by Serco, 30 min face to face interview with a team leader and a 30 min computer test. Your referees will be sent a 20 question survey to complete. Make sure they are happy to complete that for you. They will contact you after 4 weeks. Still waiting on reply.
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer.
