I felt welcomed from the first phone call with Enrique. Meeting Matt, Chrissy, Bo, Mike and others confirmed it felt like home. Everyone was knowledgeable about the company and answered my questions. I was very impressed with the property.

The interview process had 3 parts: first a phone call, then an in-person meeting, and finally a virtual meeting. This was the best interview experience ever; everyone was polite and respectful with amazing energy! This is the place to be for a fun and exciting environment where you can easily grow!

The interview process felt really smooth and I was comfortable the whole time. It started with a nice initial chat with Nora Miller, the Assistant Vice President of HR. Then I had two more interviews. Noelle Alcala was my main point of contact and was awesome and super encouraging. The second interview was with David Floren, who is a Regional Portfolio Manager, and Mario Martinez, a Service Manager. They were both really professional and answered all my questions. My last interview was with Mary Perez, the Community Manager for Cross Pointe. She was professional and easy to talk to. What really stood out was how proud everyone was to work for the company and they all made sure to mention how great it is to work there.
