Community Manager
The interview process was super smooth and I really liked it. There were 3 interviews, and I got the offer super fast the day after the last one. They were really quick to respond, making it a seamless experience. The interviewers were really nice and approachable, which I loved. It didn't feel like a formal interrogation, more like a chat. They were all friendly and made it easy to talk and share my thoughts. It was a great experience and I'm excited to join!
- Could you describe your management style?
Community Manager
I applied on indeed and heard back via email after about a week to schedule a phone interview. Nadia conducted this call and was really nice, going over the job details and my experience, and asking some behavioral questions. After about 30 minutes, she sent an invite for an in-person interview with Angelica, the Community Manager. Angelica was also great and asked me a mix of behavioral and sales questions, and we reviewed my work history. Five days later, I had a third interview with Elizabeth, the RPM, who was awesome too. Right after that interview, I got the job offer! I let HR know and accepted. The background check was really thorough and took about two weeks to complete. Once that was done, I got the final offer, my start date, and info on employee housing. Big thanks to Ashley and May for helping me through the process and answering everything!
- Can you walk me through your resume?
- Could you describe your current duties?
- Tell me about a time you had to deal with an angry customer.
Community Manager
There were three interviews in total. First, a phone interview, followed by two virtual interviews with senior people. It was all very straightforward and clear. They kept me informed about what was coming next and shared the interviewers' feedback, which was really helpful.
- Could you describe your typical day-to-day responsibilities in your prior position?
