Project Engineer
The interview process was really fast and easy. They looked through my resume and asked about my areas of interest. It was a good experience overall, not stressful at all.
- Tell me about a challenging situation you faced and how you handled it.
Engineer
I applied on their website and one of their internal recruiters contacted me a month later for a SAM position. We scheduled an interview two weeks after that. It was with 3 panelists, which is typical for government orgs. They got back to me about 6 weeks after the interview. Then it took another 6 weeks for the background check, offer letter, and drug testing. They ask for your two most recent pay stubs to determine their initial offer, and I was told they don't negotiate it. I took the offer because of their great benefits and the chance to work downtown.
- How many of your answers align with our predetermined responses?
Engineer
The interview had basic non-tech questions and was straight forward about what the position entails. The process was months long though and I waited a while before I heard back.
- In five years, where do you envision your career path leading?
