Behavioral

I had a panel interview with 5 staff members, it lasted about 45 minutes and was mostly behavioral questions. The difficulty felt moderate. The questions weren't super technical, so someone not working here could probably answer them easily. After a tentative offer, there was a background check, and a drug and alcohol test was also given. The whole hiring process took about a month.

After applying, I got an email pretty quickly to set up an interview. I got it scheduled for the next week. It was with a few supervisors from Quality Engineering. They introduced themselves and talked a bit about their work. Then they went into detail about the job description. After that, they asked me to talk about myself and my past experiences. Some questions were about ethics and how I’d handle certain decisions.
