The whole thing took 4 months from applying to me being ghosted. I had 4 interviews, from a recruiter up to a VP. The VP said I'd hear back and that TA would update me, but after chasing them 3 times, I got no response or update. I went from thinking Sephora Canada was great to thinking it's terrible because of this. They clearly don't respect candidates or their time.

Had a phone screen with HR which went great. Got picked to move on to interview with the hiring manager. But then, less than an hour before the Zoom call, I got an email saying they had to cancel because something came up. The HR recruiter told me she'd get in touch by the end of the week to reschedule. Never heard from her, so I followed up on Friday afternoon. Got a generic rejection email right after. The recruiter couldn't even bother to email me back to explain what happened.
