Manager
Short process, with HR, Local Directorate and Global Directorate. Friendly HR, total empathy, objective process and despite being short, reinforced with deep themes, pertinent and strong questions about the position and its areas of knowledge, also reinforced with languages.
- What are your language proficiencies in Spanish and English, and can you describe your specific technical knowledge relevant to this role?
Manager
My first interview was quite straightforward and I really enjoyed meeting the two women who interviewed me. However, when it was time to speak with the main district manager, the experience took a turn. He didn't offer a handshake, didn't know my name, and seemed unaware of the position I was applying for. His demeanor suggested that conducting the interview was a burden, and he appeared visibly annoyed. After this interaction, I decided that even if an offer were extended, I wouldn't accept it, and I ended the interview with him prematurely.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Manager
The process is quite thorough, with 5 stages. Three stages are handled by the consulting firm assisting the company, and the other two involve the regional manager and the company director. It felt like a long time, almost 2 months, and they promised feedback. I was told by two contacts that I passed the internal stage but they were waiting on an internal decision and would get back to me. I've been waiting for 30 days for that contact. What's worse, I turned down another offer believing this one was set, and in the end, nothing happened.
- Why do you want to work at this company?
