Behavioral Technical Presentation

About a month after applying, I was invited to record myself answering questions with a 1-minute timer for each. There were 12 questions total and no option to retry. I tried to follow up with the recruiter, but they just forwarded me to the hiring manager. The manager then contacted me to set up a panel interview. The manager mentioned that if I had questions, they'd first ask if I had tried asking a coworker. After the panel interview, I tried following up with the manager twice with no response. I reached out to the recruiter again, and they forwarded me to the manager once more. Finally, the manager sent a template rejection email that started with a generic greeting and used the wrong name. It felt unprofessional and uncaring.

Behavioral Case

It was an in-person interview where I was asked questions about my background, my interest in the position, how I would handle clinic-based scenarios, and how I work with a team. The supervisor made me feel comfortable and the interview felt more like a conversation than an interrogation.

I got there 15 mins before my interview time. There was a mix-up at the start which I think messed up the whole interview. I found out it was a panel interview. Two people were there at first, and then the hiring manager who scheduled my interview joined about 15 mins before the end. The manager missed most of the interview. This was a big red flag and really put me off. After that, I knew I didn't want to work there.

Behavioral

The supervisor and coworkers who interviewed me were incredibly nice and respectful. The surprising part was when I asked them questions, they turned them back on me. For example, I asked about unexpected challenges for a new worker, and they responded with, 'Well, what do *you* think some challenges might be?'. I was still a bit nervous about my interviewing skills, so it caught me off guard for a moment. Aside from that, they were very polite throughout.
