Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sensiple.
Software Developer
We got to the company at 10 AM, but they said the interview would start at 11 AM. They made us sit in a big hall next to the company, and by the time the first round started, it was 2 to 3 PM. The second round was from 4-5 PM, and by the time they moved us to the third round, it was 6-8 PM. We finally got home around 10-11 PM. This shows their lack of preparation. Also, there's a 3-year bond, which is quite extreme.

Software Engineer
The interview process consisted of two technical rounds, which were challenging but manageable, focusing on scenarios. Following that, there was an HR round which was a very positive experience, centered on discussing my past work with friendly staff. Overall, it seems like a very nice company.

Technical Lead
The interview process was pretty good, with good interviewers who are mostly subject matter experts. The process is quite direct, involving two interviews: one with the manager and another directly with HR.
- Can you elaborate on the experiences listed on your resume?
