We got to the company at 10 AM, but they said the interview would start at 11 AM. They made us sit in a big hall next to the company, and by the time the first round started, it was 2 to 3 PM. The second round was from 4-5 PM, and by the time they moved us to the third round, it was 6-8 PM. We finally got home around 10-11 PM. This shows their lack of preparation. Also, there's a 3-year bond, which is quite extreme.

It was a walk-in drive at Sensiple, Siruseri campus, spanning two days. On Day 1, they started with a group discussion to check English fluency, where even one point is enough to pass. Shortlisted candidates then took an aptitude test with standard questions: about 10 aptitude, 15-20 logical reasoning, 10 English vocabulary, and 5 comprehension. Day 2 was for the technical interviews for those who cleared the aptitude round. If they weren't satisfied with your performance, they might conduct another interview round. I had three technical interview rounds where they assessed basic knowledge of languages listed on my resume. Interview questions were solely based on what's on your resume.

Technical Behavioral

My interview experience at Sensiple was quite disappointing. HR initially said my profile was a good fit and advanced me to a technical round. I completed the technical round and submitted an assignment. After a followup, HR confirmed I was shortlisted. However, later they said they needed someone who could join immediately, and my 2-month notice period was an issue. This was confusing because my notice period was clear from the HR round, yet I was still shortlisted. When I offered to negotiate my notice period, they asked for an official confirmation email to be relieved within 30 days, even before making an offer. Asking for such commitments without a formal offer is not reasonable. This whole process wastes time and causes stress. The hiring team should align on requirements like notice period before shortlisting and communicate clearly. Management should respect candidates' time and set clear expectations about joining timelines upfront.

After I sent my resume through the referral program, HR called me. They asked about my position, my previous salary, and my expected salary. Then, a technical round was scheduled. After passing the first technical round, a second interview was scheduled with the QA manager. Once I was selected, an HR round and salary discussion took place.
