Audit Intern
The Sensiba interview process was nice and felt more like a chat with professionals, not like a real interview. I felt really good and valued during my interviews.
- Tell me about a time you had multiple deadlines and how you managed them.
Auditor
I applied through the campus center and online. I got an on-site interview at their downtown office. A Partner escorted me to the interview room for a chat with a Manager. I think it was his first time interviewing. All questions were generic. The environment felt unwelcoming, and they didn't even walk me back to the lobby. Their office has a lot of glass walls. I was later called for a second round interview, but I declined. It wasn't a good experience for attracting talent.
- Why did you decide to go into Audit?
Audit Associate
Met a campus recruiter at a job fair, they were super nice and answered all my questions. They gave me an email for a newer employee to ask about the work atmosphere. After applying online, I had a phone call with another recruiter, then a Zoom meeting with an audit manager, a senior audit manager, and a partner. It felt more like chatting at an office mixer than interviews. When I got my offer and had questions the recruiter couldn't answer, they connected me with the partner I interviewed with. The partner called to discuss the offer, answered all my questions, and talked about my long-term career goals. It was a great process.
- Could you start by telling me about yourself?
- Tell me more about the experiences listed on your resume.
