Software Engineer
After a chat with the recruiter, I had to do a Codility test. It had a 2-hour time limit and involved 2 easy tasks that took a while, plus 1 Leetcode hard problem (like 1671). My code worked for the initial tests but failed hidden ones, so I didn't get a score. I'm sure the hiring team is great, but Codility really isn't the way to go for Leetcode hard problems.
- How do you think your colleagues would describe you?
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty simple and fast. It had two tech interviews that were really about the job, not like those hard algo questions you see at Google, but more practical stuff. There was also a homework assignment too. It started with a chat with HR and ended with talking about salary and stuff. Everyone was really nice and it was a good time.
- Can you share your reasons for seeking a new role?
- Describe your ideal career path or dream job.
- Explain the inner workings of the C# compiler and Intermediate Language (IL).
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty organized and moved fast. First, there was a round with some quick questions to get a feel for my skills. Then, I had a design interview with the company architect, which was a great experience as she was really nice and gave good feedback. The last interview was with the team leaders, and we went over technical questions and did some coding exercises. It was a hands-on part where I could show what I can do. All in all, it felt smooth and welcoming, and I ended up accepting the offer.
- Could you explain the business needs and then walk me through the design you proposed to meet those needs?
