The process had three stages. First, a call with HR to discuss company values, benefits, and cultural fit. Second, a technical interview covering past experiences and professional technical knowledge. The final stage was with a client manager from Semantix and a Semantix manager, where we talked about the role I'd be doing, my previous experience, and if I'd worked with big data volumes.

The first contact was a chat with the area manager, it was basically a presentation of the proposed challenge and if it was relevant to what I was looking for. After a while, I had another chat with HR where I was introduced to the company and we also talked about my professional experiences. Phone call, then an interview with HR followed by an interview with the area manager.
