It was nice and thorough. A first get-to-know-you step, a second aptitude step, a third step with the European sales director. Overall a positive experience, the HR girl I did the first two steps with was very nice and polite.

Got an email a few weeks after applying with a link to pick a 10 min slot for the interview. The first appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it was supposed to start. The recruiter started without introducing themselves, which I don't think was very professional. There wasn't any space to ask questions about the role or the company. They seemed to be following a script and I noticed some inconsistencies. The interview invite emails mentioned different salaries. I applied for Account Manager but saw the same job offer as a sales advisor, and the salary is low compared to what's typical in Germany.

I had an easy phone interview and then a video interview. The video interview required me to give a 10-minute presentation on 'Why you should hire me' using go-to-meeting. They also asked me to include my first quarter sales plan, which was difficult since I have a biology background and no sales experience. I didn't hear back after this interview. The interviewer was rude and uninterested.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What would you ask the product researchers?
  • Can you outline your sales plan for the first quarter?
  • Why should we hire you?
