Got an email a few weeks after applying with a link to pick a 10 min slot for the interview. The first appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it was supposed to start. The recruiter started without introducing themselves, which I don't think was very professional. There wasn't any space to ask questions about the role or the company. They seemed to be following a script and I noticed some inconsistencies. The interview invite emails mentioned different salaries. I applied for Account Manager but saw the same job offer as a sales advisor, and the salary is low compared to what's typical in Germany.

I heard back about a month after applying and was invited to an interview. I had to watch two videos that were a bit confusing because parts of the script didn't make sense. I'd seen reviews about people not getting callbacks and the interviewer being cold, and I have to say, my interview was only 4 minutes long! I wasn't asked anything personal like why I wanted the job, and my CV wasn't mentioned. The interviewer asked if I'd watched the videos and then quizzed me on aspects from them. I was told upfront I couldn't ask any questions until a potential later interview. I felt underwhelmed and like just another number.

It's been a total waste of my time, energy, and effort. The first interview involved role-playing a sales pitch to a client, focusing on understanding their website, which I'd prepared a lot for and felt I did well. Then, I moved to a second round where I had to again demonstrate my knowledge of the website and answer questions. I was told I did very well and was advanced directly to the third round, where I was supposed to meet a rep and potentially sell to a scientist. I was told I'd get an email within two weeks, but instead, I got an email in two days saying they weren't moving forward with my application. I asked for feedback and was ignored. It's a terrible company; they seem disorganized.
