Technical Behavioral

First off, they check your applications and CVs to see if you're qualified. If you pass that, you'll have a quick first call to see if you're motivated and can communicate well. After that, there might be an online test to check your technical skills or how you solve problems. Lastly, if you do well, you'll move on to a second call, which is usually longer and more about your skills, experience, and if you're a good fit for the company culture.

Behavioral Technical

The tech stack is of questionable interest, the company is not well-structured, and there's a lack of clear business vision. Zero prospects for vertical professional growth (confirmed during the interview). Lack of seriousness and zero respect for the candidate. The process consisted of 4 interviews spread over 2 months with about 2 hours of psychometric tests. Each interview was a poor copy of the previous one, even the last one where the economic offer should be discussed. If you ask to speed up the selection process because you already have another offer, they show total disinterest in shortening the selection times. So, the advice on this point is to accept the offer you received because their process could make you miss it. Furthermore, at the end of the process, they ask for your previous employer's payslip. The IT department staff seems much more professional and serious than the rest. Overall, there's no interest in investing in resources or the product, and the company presentation isn't the best.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case

The process started with submitting my CV, Cover Letter, and all academic grades. Then there was an HR interview, which was half behavioral and half technical with brainteasers and probability questions. Next, I had 2 online tests, one for numerical reasoning and one for abstract reasoning. After that, there were 2 technical interviews with two heads of trading, focusing on brainteasers, logic, probability, and basic finance questions on derivatives and fixed income. The next step involved 2 more technical interviews: one with another head of trader, again with logic, reasoning, fixed income, and monetary policy questions, and the final one with the head of the entire division, covering more complex probability and fixed income questions. Finally, an HR call confirmed the offer.
