The interview process began with an online video interview that you complete at home. You answer two questions in this recorded interview, which is pretty easy because you can re-record yourself if you mess up. After that, there was an in-person group interview.

There are several stages before the in-person interview. The first two stages can be completed online. You'll have a few choices, including a self-recorded video interview where you can re-record if your first attempt isn't perfect. The questions will focus on your sales abilities, why you're a good fit, and what you can contribute to the company. After passing the video stage, you'll receive an invitation for a physical interview. Just be yourself and wear an outfit that reflects your personality, as they value and encourage individuality.

The interview was done professionally, it felt like a conversation and welcoming. The interviewers seemed really interested in learning about me, my past jobs, and how I could be a good fit for the Selfridges team. The questions they asked made me think and were relevant, giving me a chance to show off my skills and experience in sales and helping customers. I also liked how open they were about everything. They told me clear details about the job, what they expect, and what the company is like, so I knew exactly what to expect if I got the job.
