The process was detailed and really focused on making sure I understood the job description. They asked a lot of questions and checked them with metrics and a deep dive into how I met them. It felt like a good back-and-forth on how to be successful.

Behavioral Presentation

I was directly approached by the recruiter, who was super professional. They told me upfront that the process would be lengthy and involve meeting several people. The recruiter prepared me well, so I felt ready when I met the line managers. They even suggested I visit the store and chat with the team for their feedback. Meeting senior leaders was great, and I learned so much valuable info about the business. Overall, a really positive experience with excellent communication and feedback.

I had an initial call with the recruiter and then went to the first set of interviews. It started out okay, but then I never heard back or got any feedback, which was a letdown and seemed kind of unprofessional.
