Behavioral

It was a single 30-minute interview round. The interviewers were very nice and asked simple questions. They went over my resume and then asked behavioral questions. You don't need to know anything about the insurance industry. Just be sure to prepare some questions to ask them.

I applied and got a call pretty quickly. But instead of an internship, they wanted me to take an aptitude test first to see if they could hire me after I finished my Masters. I was worried this would mess up my chance for the internship experience, but they said it wouldn't. After the test, they said they'd call in a day, but it took way longer than that. I didn't do great on the test and ended up not getting the job or the internship. They told me to get more experience and try again, which is weird since the internship was supposed to give me experience. I'm surprised they weren't upfront about how doing badly on the test could mean losing out on even the internship. I wouldn't recommend working here, felt pretty unprofessional.

It was a really good and professional interview experience. They were understanding and helpful throughout. The interview felt friendly, they asked about me and my interests, and were happy to answer any questions I had about the company.
