I went for an interview at the McDonough location at Select staffing and the team was very unprofessional. They minds well make the payroll specialist the branch manager for she takes full control but seems very young. I over heard a conversation while waiting for the branch manager that the payroll speacialist is very tired in the work enviroment that she is in due to her manager always being out shopping along with taking full advantage of her. I decided with all the stress in the enviroment that it would not be a great position for me.

First, I had a phone screening with upper management. We chatted about my resume and job search. Then, they invited me for an in-person interview at a branch office. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I didn't feel like they were trying to trick me. They professionally asked about my previous recruiting and sales experience. I have no complaints about the interviewer or the process.

It started with a 30-minute initial phone call about my sales background. Then, I interviewed with the branch manager for about 45 minutes, followed by an interview with the area manager. They're trying to sell themselves to you as much as you are to them, so it's best to just be yourself, be confident, and show your personality.

First, there was a phone interview. Then, I had an in-person interview at a local branch, where I also had to complete an online application and testing process, which included a drug test. After that, I interviewed with the department director. Then, I met with the VP of the department. We then had salary negotiations over the phone. Finally, the offer was confirmed and my start date was set.
