The interview process was really quick and smooth. I interviewed and got the job offer the very next day. They asked standard questions about my experience, plus some behavioral and situational ones.

There were four interviews total, and they reused the same questions in each round. They could've sped things up if they put more people in each interview. The last meeting was a group discussion with leaders and the whole department. They gave a lot of details during the interviews.

The interview process is laughable. It seems a running practice to hire inexperienced individuals , require them to wear multiple hats at executive level responsibility and pay the lowest salary possible! If you have the education and qualifications don’t apply because they will lowball on salary!

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • What is your experience with TJC?
  • How do you handle difficult staff?
  • Given that this role requires wearing multiple hats, how do you prioritize competing responsibilities?

The interview process was quick and to the point. After the initial HR contact, I shadowed a current employee. The overall interview atmosphere was relaxed and informal, despite the company being quite selective in their hiring. Even with state certification, several of us weren't offered the Nursing Assistant position.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • What is your patient care experience?
