It felt pretty relaxed. There were about 10 of us, and the interviews were done in stages with other analysts and managers. The questions ranged from typical interview questions to more laid-back questions about personal interests.

I got to the interview on time. But two of the three interviewers were late and didn't show up at the same time. I had to sit in silence with one interviewer while the other two tried to make an effort to show up. The interviewers didn't really engage beyond answering questions. They didn't ask anything about my resume, like my skills or work history. Some questions they asked didn't make sense. The interviewers seemed tired and unenthusiastic. The recruiter was nice though and asked more about my qualifications than the actual interviewers did. The recruiter also asked more open-ended questions about my finance/economics background and resume skills. The whole interview felt unprofessional, disorganized, and poorly coordinated.

The interview process was quite extensive. You meet with several different team managers who ask very similar questions. Depending on what you list on your application, you might interview with various departments all on the same day. The interview questions themselves were easy, and the interviewers were all very pleasant.
