First, a recruiter called, then I spoke with the hiring manager, and finally, there was a team fit/more technical interview. The recruiter call covered my motivations for wanting the job and my overall fit. The manager interview went deeper into my experience and skills, and also asked why I was interested in the role. The team fit interview involved more technical questions.

I interned here as a former intern. It was very laid back and casual because I had a strong network. This company really emphasizes who you know.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The first interview took place over a full day at the SEI offices. It began with a group tour of the campus, where current employees shared details about SEI's unique culture. About 15 people were in the group when I attended. Afterwards, we returned to a room for an informal Q&A session with current employees. Following a short break, each participant had 1:1 interviews with 3-4 different recruiters. These 15-25 minute conversations focused on my background and personality to assess cultural fit. This concluded the first round. Staying in touch with your assigned liaison is recommended due to the high volume of applicants. Notably, there were no technical questions specific to the Business Analyst role.
