There were 2 stages of Round robin with Snr management. It was very friendly as they understand the candidates are just graduates, so they just wanted to get to know the individual more. Nothing to worry about as long as you know your CV well and can effectively articulate your experiences.

It started with on campus recruiting and then moved straight to on-site interviews. Not uncommon to have a phone screening first. Multiple rounds of 1-on-1 interviews with different members of the team, and most interview questions were personality based. Then had another round of on-site interviews some weeks later. Received offer after about 2 months of beginning the process.

We start with a CV and cover letter screening. If that goes well, you'll need to write a 500-word essay on a given topic. If your essay is good, we'll invite you for interviews at our London office. The first interview round has four 30-minute one-on-one chats with different people from the company.
