So, first I had a phone chat with a recruiter, and then the second part was a video call with two managers. The recruiter was cool and answered my questions fast, and the whole thing was pretty speedy, but the group interview part was just okay. The people I talked to seemed kinda distant and not really into it.

Applied via their job portal since I didn't use a recruiter. About two weeks after applying, a recruiter called to check if I was still interested and ask some general questions. The virtual interview happened about a week after that, where I met two people from the department. Each interview was one-on-one and lasted 30 minutes. Roughly a week and a half later, the recruiter contacted me again to set up an interview with a more senior person. This interview was also virtual and one-on-one. About two weeks after that, the recruiter called with an offer, but I had already accepted another position.

The interview was set up by a temp agency. I went to the interview and the first person I met was super nice. She made conversation with me as we walked to the interview room. After meeting with her, a team of 3 guys who are current workers in the department came to the room. Those guys were really cool and talked to me like they knew me before. They were willing to answer all my questions with great joy. The questions were easy, you just have to be ready to answer simple questions about yourself, your education and work experience.
