Segment told me that the interview process would be hands on coding to see what candidates can do in a practical sense. They said they don't believe in those cliche algorithm brain teaser whiteboard questions that tech is famous for. But they did hit me with one, and I failed it. It was pretty crappy of them to not tell candidates that they do these types of questions and then surprise them with one at the end of a 7 hour interview when their brain is fried. Great product, but dishonest interviewing practices. Be warned.

Had some standard phone screening calls, then a virtual onsite that lasted for a good few hours. After that, I was just GHOSTED, no feedback or anything. I've interviewed at a bunch of places, some offered me jobs, others rejected me, but I've never experienced this before, especially from a company that emphasizes its values so much and then doesn't live up to them. Twilio's motto is 'Be Bold,' but there was no boldness in finishing the interview process. It really makes you wonder how they treat their employees. Seriously, AVOID this company, everyone.
