First, there was an initial interview with the hiring manager to gauge if you're a good fit based on your experience and personality. Then, you did a mock call to assess your sales ability and how you handle objections. Finally, there was an interview with the hiring director who is based in the US.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a really nice and knowledgeable recruiter. Then I had a chat with the hiring manager. The interview felt a bit strange, almost like they were trying to psychoanalyze me, like they were digging into my mind. It wasn't a typical sales interview. At the end, I asked if they had any concerns, and they said, "I don't think you understand the why about this company." I tried to explain my perspective again, but they didn't seem to react much to my answers. If not understanding the 'why' of a company from the outside is a reason to not get the job, then I'm okay with them not moving forward.

Behavioral Presentation

The hiring process begins with a recruiter phone screen, followed by a meeting with the hiring manager if you pass the initial screening. The third step involved a mock discovery call to assess skills, though I didn't reach this stage. Despite the interactions being pleasant, some disorganization was evident. Specifically, a meeting invite for the hiring manager call included a Google Hangouts link, but it wasn't clear if the manager was on it. After checking, I was assured it was a Hangouts call, not a phone call. However, when the scheduled time arrived, no one appeared on the Hangouts. About seven minutes into the meeting, the hiring manager contacted my cell phone, apparently expecting a phone conversation. My cell was out of the room to avoid distractions. We eventually connected via Google Hangouts, and I sensed the manager was flustered due to the mix-up. The call also had to conclude early, leaving me feeling rushed and that I didn't have a fair opportunity to demonstrate my capabilities.
