So, first I had a standard screening chat with HR, and they let me through. Then, the next interview was with the hiring manager. Before that, I got some case studies to check out. The whole interview was basically hypothetical situations, which was harder than I thought. The hiring manager was cool and made me feel okay even though I knew I wasn't doing great. I'd totally prep more beforehand next time since there was no chance to talk about my actual work history. If you're good at talking through fake situations, you'll do better than me. I didn't get the job this time, but I'd totally apply again.

I didn't even get to do my phone screen. The recruiter messed up the dates for my interview initially. After we sorted out the time, they never called me when they were supposed to. I didn't get any explanation, no apology, and no reply to my follow-up email about rescheduling.

Technical Behavioral Presentation

The whole thing took about 4 weeks and had 6 interviews total. It started with a recruiter call, then I met with the Hiring Manager, a Peer Interview, then a Bar Raiser Interview, followed by a presentation, and a final chat with another Hiring Manager. It was a fast but pretty demanding process. Everyone was super nice and asked stuff that made sense. I was impressed with how organized the recruiters and people setting things up were, and the Hiring Manager was really open. Even though I didn't get the job, it felt like a fair and well-run process.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They seemed more interested in technical skills than the usual questions about managing relationships or handling escalations for CSM roles.
