Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SecurityScorecard.
Director
The interview process was great, I met all key stakeholders that I work with today. It was engaging and made me think outside of the box. The only feedback I have is it was lengthy which can be challenging when you already have a job.
- Tell me about your experience working cross-functionally.
Director
The interview process took over 2 months and included seven rounds, a take-home test requiring more than 2 hours, and three online tests. After this, I experienced a period of ghosting for over a month with no email responses, until an automated email was received. Although the experience was negative overall, the interviewers were all very nice and pleasant. It's unfortunate the process ended so unprofessionally.
- Can you describe your management style?
Director
The process was quick, finishing in about two weeks. It was well-organized, and I was kept informed throughout. Everyone I met seemed genuine and interested in getting to know me to see if we were a good fit. I appreciated how open the CEO was during our final conversation.
- What are your areas of functional expertise?
- Can you discuss your relevant experience?
- Could you answer some behavioral or culture-related questions?
