First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SecurityScorecard.
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was long and took months, starting in early December 2025 and not getting a response until late March. It included a personality assessment and long waits between interviews. Three interviews were scheduled for one day, but two were cancelled last minute by the interviewers. It took weeks to reschedule them. After the final interview, communication ceased. The recruiter was largely unresponsive for the three months, with no check-ins, updates, or apologies for delays, just silence. Ultimately, no specific feedback was provided, only an automated request for feedback four weeks after the last interview. While most interviewers were good, the Head of HR's interview felt like an interrogation.
- Could you share your greatest strength and your greatest weakness?
- Why are you interested in joining SecurityScorecard?
- How did you learn about our company?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was well-organized and ran on schedule. The team had a clear idea of the type of candidate they were looking for and approached the conversations with an open mind. They listened attentively to my background and how I could contribute to the role. Communication about next steps was clear throughout, which made the experience easy to navigate.
- Tell me about a time you got constructive feedback. What did you do, and what did you learn?
Customer Success Manager
The interview process was pretty much the same as everyone else's, they just ghosted me in the end! I had an initial chat with a recruiter. After that, they sent over some tests for me to complete and scheduled a call with the hiring manager. Unfortunately, he didn't show up for the call. It was a waste of my valuable work time. I emailed the recruitment staff (who are directly employed by security scorecard) and they apologized, saying they would reschedule the call. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I'm not going to bother following up anymore because I feel like I've dodged a bullet.
- Could you share your past experience working with other SaaS vendors?
