I was first contacted at a college job fair, and then had a 30-minute chat with a recruiter there. A few days later, Securian called to set up a full onsite interview in Saint Paul. This included a dated written programming test covering basic logic, followed by an interview with another HR person who asked more general questions. Securian provided lunch and I was paired with a junior associate for an informal chat about the company and interviewing tips. The afternoon involved several technical interviews with various IT folks, from engineers and training leaders to a VP. About a week after that, Securian called with an offer.
