The interview process kicked off with a straightforward phone interview. They wanted to get a feel for who I am, asking about my interests, my entire academic background starting from high school, and any activities I've participated in. Following that, I went to their St. Paul headquarters for further interviews. There, I met with two managers and completed a logic skills test, which was quite basic. They weren't focused on specific tech skills but rather on assessing general aptitude for programming and overall cultural fit.
