I applied online for the Actuarial Analyst role. A recruiter from HR reached out to schedule a phone interview, which I then had with them. After that, I was invited to their St. Paul office for a full day of interviews. I had lunch with someone who was recently hired as an actuary. Following that, I had one-on-one meetings with four senior members of the actuarial departments. The entire day spanned about five and a half hours. Before extending an offer, they conduct a final step involving a meeting or call with an industrial psychologist to assess your background and personality. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Interestingly, because I had three actuarial exams coming up, they offered me the Actuarial Associate position instead of the Actuarial Analyst role I applied for, which was a nice surprise!

I first applied via my school's recruiting website. Then, I had an on-campus interview with them. It was pretty relaxed (just talked about my resume and they asked me about my high school activities). About a week after, I was asked to schedule a several round interview at their building. It involved 6 half-hour interviews, and lunch with another actuary I wasn't interviewing with.
