The interview process was pretty tedious and seemed a little bit disorganized...I had 4 different interviews (all virtual) over the course of about a month. I would have rather had it all in one day. The first interview was the basic first round with HR, followed by an interview with an associate, then manager, then director. Most of the questions were basic, asking me to give specific examples situations in which I had to apply a certain skill. I was very frustrated as I was ghosted by the company after interviewing... I sent a follow up message a few weeks after my final interview and never ended up hearing back. I felt this was extremely rude and unprofessional, considering I had been interviewing with them for over a month.

Nothing to do, top, I highly recommend. It remains a great company. A security agent ensures the surveillance and protection of property and people. They may patrol, control access, intervene in case of an incident, and enforce safety regulations. Vigilance and reactivity are essential.

So, the interview process was pretty detailed and organized. First, I just sent in my application with my resume and cover letter. After that, there was an online assessment to test my data analysis skills, and I could use Excel for it. Then, I had a half-hour online behavioral interview where I talked about my experiences and gave examples of how I've used my skills and handled tough situations, using the STAR method. The 'Super Day' was the main event, super intense but also really good. It involved five interviews covering behavioral stuff, technical deep dives, and some on-the-spot critical thinking questions. I also had a lunch with current associates, which was more chill and a good way to ask questions and for them to get to know me. Finally, there was a case study where I had to look at a problem and suggest what to do.

The interview process was friendly and patient, with the interviewer leading the conversation. We discussed my background information and details of my previous research. This role is very detail-oriented and requires specific data cleaning and analytics skills. The interviewer was nice and willing to guide me through questions.
