The company found my profile on a job site and invited me for an online test. It was mostly aptitude and logic questions, about 15 questions in 30 minutes, and they were tough. The online test had webcam and mic recording to ensure no cheating, and I think there were negative marks. If you passed the test, they called me for a face-to-face interview at their Mumbai office. They reimbursed my travel from Pune and even provided breakfast. The interview was with a founding member and the QA Manager. They asked about my projects, experience, and general knowledge, and gave me some interesting puzzles and logical questions. It lasted about 50 minutes to an hour. They confirmed my selection two days later with an offer. Overall, a very good experience.

I got a walk-in mail from HR for 3-8 years of experience. The first round was an aptitude test focusing on quantitative analysis. Then there was a second aptitude test with 2 simple logical questions. After passing these tests, I received a call within 3 days for a face-to-face interview. I was told it would be technical, but it ended up being based on logical and quantitative reasoning. None of the questions were technical.

So basically, they asked me some MBA cet questions or quant questions. I'm not sure how they relate to the job I applied for, I was expecting some testing questions at least. I would advise against this company because hiring the right people is super important for a company's success. Focusing too much on math questions might lead them to overlook some really good employees.
