I applied online and then got an email for the first part, which was a reading and comprehension test. After that, I was called back for the second part, a microphone test. Finally, I had an in-person interview. The reading test was pretty straightforward; I had to answer 5 questions about a given passage, and getting them all right was necessary to move on. The microphone test involved preparing and delivering a 3-minute speech based on a packet of info to the HR/Education team. The last stage was a standard in-person interview, and they offered me the job right there.

They called the day before to schedule the interview and gave me an animal to learn facts about so that I could present 2-3 minutes of facts in the interview like I would on the job. During the interview, they asked about 5 questions related to my prior experiences and about 3 questions related to my job preferences. They told me about the job itself, in which there is a week-long orientation and an oral and written test before actually starting any work.

For the educator role, I had an in-person interview with a panel of senior educators. They asked me questions for about 10-15 minutes. It took about two weeks for HR to get back to me with an offer.
