Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
Sales Associate
I applied online on a Thursday and got a call the next day to schedule an interview. I was hired on the spot on Saturday, and it wasn't a tough interview. Shortly after being hired, we did a drug test, got fitted for uniforms, and had our IDs taken. The whole hiring process on Saturday took about 2-3 hours since many people were being hired at the same time. Don't be intimidated by a lot of people waiting in the interview room!
- Suppose you had to suggest a restaurant to a friend, which one would you pick and what's your reason why?
Sales Associate
Super easy interview process. They had a group interview which helped calm my nerves. I would recommend this place for anyone's first job after high school. The whole thing took less than a week, so it was a great experience for me at SeaWorld San Diego.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Sales Associate
I found out later that they transferred a current employee of SW into this position. Speaking to others who have applied for various positions at SW, it seems that they do a lot of internal hiring.
