It was a group interview with three parts. We had to build a simple lego set together, then pick a stuffed animal from a selection (penguins, manatees, seaworld/sesame street characters) and present to the group why that toy represents you. Then we got a role play with a customer problem/complaint and as a group decided what to do. Just remember the names of the people in your group, be friendly and helpful, and make sure to speak up so the HR people watching notice that you can work in a team. After that, there were one on one interviews back at the main HR building. You just review your online application, availability etc. and answer a few simple questions related to the position you applied for (e.g. Describe one time you helped a customer). It takes about 5-10 minutes. Everyone who is hired is offered a job the same day in that one on one interview so if they tell you they'll let you know or call you back that's a no. Sorry about that, it's a bit cruel.

Behavioral Other

The interview process went pretty smoothly. The interviewer was really nice and told me everything I needed to know about the job, like the rules, pay, where I'd be working, and what I'd be doing. They mentioned they're looking for a diverse team, with people from all over the US and the world, not just locally. They want people who are accurate and great with customers. They really enjoy getting to know the candidates and consider everyone on the team like family. The hiring process is pretty straightforward. I was also told that as an employee, I could get perks like fun events organized by Sea World, such as bingo, discounted restaurant nights, sneak peeks, and giveaways. Overall, I really enjoyed the interview and getting hired.

Behavioral

After you apply, you'll have typical interview questions at the office. If they decide to hire you, the recruiter or interviewer gives you a packet detailing background and drug testing steps. If you get hired, you have to do two days of orientation, even if you've worked there before. This mostly involves workplace safety, some training, and signing papers. The orientation days aren't super exciting, but the actual job is fun because of the guests and coworkers.
