When you apply, you get to pick your interview slot. But seriously, check your email the day before and the morning of, because the hiring managers still look them over and will either send a reminder or say you're not moving forward. So, double-check before you head over. They might even turn you away at the door for some reason, saying you should have gotten an email, so be ready for that. It happens every day. Once you get in, they'll ask you to confirm your work history, availability, and why you left past jobs. If you get a name tag, you're definitely getting interviewed. It was a group interview with a facilitator, the department hiring manager, and an HR person. You get instructions, then about 2-3 minutes as a group to discuss and answer. Then one person presents, and others can jump in. Make sure you stand out, seem like you like talking to people, and be involved. Use phrases like 'guest recovery.' At the end, we could ask the two managers questions, and that was it. Usually, for other jobs, if you're picked, they take you to HR right after for paperwork and a photo. Bring your ID and birth certificate for that. But for this one, they said we'd get an email in 24 hours about an offer. I got mine about 3 hours later asking me to come in for paperwork.

The interview process was quite thorough. Most of the interview focused on questions about my personality, how I handle customers, and past personal accomplishments or situations relevant to the job. It felt like a low-stress, genuine, and fair process that was completely related to the customer service role and its duties. They also conducted a full background check on-site, which included fingerprints and a hair-drug test, all free and done the same day.
