There were three interview stages, all of which involved basic English assessments to gauge communication ability. The first interview was with HR. The second interview included someone from HR and supervisors from various areas like structures and projects. The final interview was directly with the president of the shipyard. The first two stages were online, and the last one was in person.

First, I applied on the company's website, but you can't track your application status. Then, the company emailed me to schedule the first interview with HR. I couldn't choose the day or time, they just scheduled it and you have to deal with it. The second interview was with the area managers. And the third interview is now 3 months late. The company hasn't given a timeline or any updates. We're in the dark about the position.
