First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Seatrium.
Management Trainee
It was an easy interview. The interviewer mostly asked about previous experiences and questions related to them. Very few technical questions were asked. A lot of the questions were behavioral related to what I would do in certain situations. The interviewer also described the job responsibilities in detail and answered questions related to it.
- Can you tell us about some of the past projects you've worked on?
Técnico Segurança Do Trabalho
Trainee Engineer
First, I applied on the company's website, but you can't track your application status. Then, the company emailed me to schedule the first interview with HR. I couldn't choose the day or time, they just scheduled it and you have to deal with it. The second interview was with the area managers. And the third interview is now 3 months late. The company hasn't given a timeline or any updates. We're in the dark about the position.
- Could you tell me about yourself?
- Tell me about your education.
- Tell me about your experience.
Naval Architect/Marine Engineer
The interview will cover your favorite subjects from university, details about your Final Year Project (FYP), and mostly focus on your previous experience listed on your resume. Importantly, please state your preference for office work over site work, as this role is primarily office-based.
- Would you rather work on-site or in an office setting?
