Sales Consultant
this was easy because all they care about is you selling Protection Agreements which i had experience in doing. You just have to nod your head and make your numbers. it's easy. If you don't have experience than just show you have people skills and determination. Once you learn the product and how to say little things throughout the sale about protecting the product, than you can easily convince the customer to buy.
- Do you have prior experience in this area?
- Can you demonstrate your people skills?
- Are you determined to succeed?
Sales Consultant
Hiring was simple and straightforward. I got a call to schedule an interview, then I went in and answered questions. It was a little disorganized, but I think they are doing a good job. Basically, they asked questions about my prior customer service experience and how it relates to the job, among other things, like work ethics and personality.
- Could you share some experiences from your past customer service roles and how they apply to this position?
- What is your perspective on work ethics?
- Can you describe your personality?
Sales Consultant
The interview experience was quite lengthy, lasting a total of 4 hours. They weren't prepared when I arrived. During the interview, they tried to steer me towards a different job position that I wasn't comfortable with. There were 2 interviews in total, and the questions asked were pretty standard.
- Can you share an instance where you went above and beyond to satisfy a customer's expectations?
