Sales
It was a simple and easy process to understand, and it was well organized. The management team was great. Communication was good. It felt appropriate for a sales career and gave a good impression of the company's management team and style. Very professional.
- How do you like working in Sales?
Sales Representative
First there was an interview with an HR person, in which they asked several questions, after that there was a second interview with another HR person, then there was an interview with the manager, then with the area manager, and then psychometric tests and another evaluation.

- Why do you want to work here?
- What will you contribute to the company?
Sales Lead
I put in my application online. About a week later, a recruiter called me. The interview was pretty good. They asked a bunch of questions about my previous work. I was asked about how I collaborate with people and what leadership abilities I could contribute. I had an interview with the Assistant Store Manager, and then a week after that, with the Store Manager. A few days after that, I got a job offer, which came after a drug and background check.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to satisfy a challenging individual? Describe how you managed it and what happened as a result?
